MoTalk（以下简称"我们"或"本应用"，网址 motalk.app）是一款跨国语言社交应用。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护你的个人信息。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策。本应用仅限年满 18 周岁的用户使用。
2. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息邮箱地址、密码（加密哈希存储）、昵称、性别、头像、个性签名、国家/城市、兴趣标签、时区与界面语言。
- 用户内容你发布的动态、照片、视频、相册、聊天消息（文字/语音/图片/视频）、评论。
- 认证信息真人认证自拍照片（仅用于审核，不与你的公开资料关联展示）。
- 交易信息金币充值订单、VIP 订阅、礼物记录（由第三方支付机构处理，我们不存储完整银行卡号）。
- 设备与日志设备型号、操作系统、IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、崩溃日志。
- 社交数据好友关系、关注、访客记录、拉黑与举报记录。
3. 信息使用目的
- 提供核心服务：账号登录、匹配推荐、聊天、动态、翻译。
- AI 功能：AI 助聊、破冰、润色功能会将相关上下文发送至 AI 服务提供商处理，用于生成建议文案。
- 安全与合规：真人认证审核、反欺诈、内容安全审核、处理举报。
- 计费与结算：金币扣费、女性用户收益分成、推广返佣。
- 服务改进：统计分析、崩溃修复。
4. 信息共享
我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享：
- 公开展示：昵称、头像、性别、国家、签名、动态对你授权范围内的其他用户可见。
- 服务提供商：云存储（图片/视频）、支付机构（Stripe/PayPal）、AI 大模型服务商（翻译与 AI 文案生成）、邮件服务商。这些第三方仅按我们的指令处理数据。
- 法律要求：依法配合执法机关的合法请求。
5. 数据安全
密码经不可逆加密哈希存储；传输使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密；聊天内容加密存储；访问权限最小化控制。尽管我们采取行业标准措施，互联网传输无法保证 100% 安全，请妥善保管你的账号密码。
6. 你的权利
- 访问与更正：在「我的 → 编辑资料」中查看和修改你的资料。
- 删除：可删除单条动态、照片、消息；在「我的 → 隐私与安全」中可申请注销账号，注销后你的个人资料与内容将在 30 天内删除或匿名化（法律要求保留的交易记录除外）。
- 欧盟用户（GDPR）：你有权访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携带、反对处理。请通过 [email protected] 行使权利。
- 加州用户（CCPA）：你有权知晓、删除、选择不出售个人信息（我们不出售个人信息）。
7. 数据保留
账号存续期间保留你的数据；注销后按第 6 条处理；交易与账单记录依法保留至多 7 年；举报与封禁记录保留 2 年用于社区安全。
8. 未成年人保护
本应用不面向 18 周岁以下用户。我们不会故意收集未成年人信息；如发现将立即删除并封禁账号。
9. Cookie 与本地存储
我们使用本地存储保存登录凭证与语言偏好。不用于广告追踪。
10. 国际传输
作为跨国社交服务，你的数据可能在你所在国家/地区之外的服务器处理，我们确保传输符合适用法律的保护标准。

1. Introduction
MoTalk ("we", "the App", motalk.app) is a cross-border language social application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By using the App you agree to this policy. The App is intended for users aged 18 and over only.
2. Information We Collect
- AccountEmail, password (stored as an irreversible hash), nickname, gender, avatar, bio, country/city, interest tags, timezone and UI language.
- User ContentPosts, photos, videos, albums, chat messages (text/voice/image/video) and comments you create.
- VerificationSelfie photos submitted for identity verification (used for review only; not publicly displayed).
- TransactionsCoin top-up orders, VIP subscriptions, gift records (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Device & LogsDevice model, OS, IP address, browser type, access times, crash logs.
- Social DataFriend relationships, follows, visitor records, block and report records.
3. How We Use Information
- Core services: login, matching & recommendations, chat, feed, translation.
- AI features: AI chat-assist, ice-breaker and polish features send relevant context to AI providers to generate suggested text.
- Safety & compliance: identity verification review, anti-fraud, content moderation, report handling.
- Billing: coin deduction, creator revenue share, promoter rebates.
- Improvement: analytics and crash fixing.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only in these cases:
- Public display: nickname, avatar, gender, country, bio and posts are visible to other users within your authorized scope.
- Service providers: cloud storage (media), payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), AI model providers (translation & AI text), email services. They process data only on our instructions.
- Legal: lawful requests from authorities.
5. Data Security
Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; chat content is stored encrypted; access is least-privileged. No internet transmission is 100% secure — please keep your credentials safe.
6. Your Rights
- Access & correct: view and edit your profile in "Me → Edit Profile".
- Deletion: delete individual posts, photos or messages; request account deletion in "Me → Privacy & Safety". After deletion, your profile and content are erased or anonymized within 30 days (except transaction records we must retain by law).
- EEA users (GDPR): you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and exercise data portability via [email protected].
- California users (CCPA): you have the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Transaction records are retained up to 7 years as required by law; report/ban records are kept 2 years for community safety.
8. Children
The App is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; any such account will be deleted and banned.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage for login tokens and language preference only. No ad tracking.
10. International Transfers
As a cross-border service, your data may be processed on servers outside your country; we ensure transfers meet applicable legal safeguards.
